Kintsugi Personal training
The Kintsugi Personal Training Program is a fully customized personal training option, combining various modalities and utilizing the latest training techniques. Plans may include elements from strength training, metabolic conditioning, bodybuilding, bodyweight training, and mobility training. As a personal trainer for 27 years, I have trained clients of all ages, sizes, and abilities. Looking to add muscle? We can create a plan for that. Fat loss? I have you covered. Injury recovery? That is one of my strengths! Options are for online training programs or in-home training.
*Personal training or workout programming can be added on to any of the other Kintsugi programs at any time.*
Note: I have very limited availability for in-person sessions.
In-Home Training
I will travel to your location on the Peninsula of Hampton Roads (Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson) or you may come to my home facility that is equipped with an assault bike, bike erg, ski erg, rower, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, squat rack, plyometric boxes, a Crossover Symmetry system, cables, and pull-up bars.
Online Training
A customized workout plan will be tailored to each client’s needs. Videos may also be submitted to me for form analysis and correction.
